"The Birthday Party" watercolor mixed media in frame, acid free watercolor paper, foils, handmade paper, pencil 28" h x 48" w I made this years ago when Living in Northern California- reflecting on past birthdays. I was always shy when it came to my birthday and would get stomachaches... did not like the attention. You can see me in the corner with the balloons...watching others celebrate. Even tho I may have been shy I was very happy that my family made a big loving fuss! |
